This course is run jointly by Dr Natalie Chambers and Nutritional Therapist Marissa-Catherine Carrarini. Draw on our expertise in Counselling Psychology and Nutritional Therapy to break free from restrictive beliefs and behaviours.
The 6 week course will cover:
What is wellbeing? What does wellbeing mean to us and why is it important?
Unhelpful rules: what are they and how do they impact our emotional and physical wellbeing?
Tuning into ourselves: how to discern what we’re really feeling and what we really need
Moving beyond ‘shoulds’ and ‘oughts’: how to confidently and calmly meet our own needs
Self-criticism: What is it? How is it impacting us? How to develop greater self-compassion
“I would definitely recommend. I enjoyed the experience immensely and it really changed my perspective. I have taken a way lots of good tools to challenge all the rules I’ve listened to and believed most of my life.”
— SUMMER WORKSHOP FEEDBACK
“I knew it would be a really kind and safe space but I was nervous that I wouldn’t feel comfortable. But it really was a wonderful experience and Marissa and Natalie made it a warm and caring space and brought a lot of practical and relevant perspectives that helped challenge in a positive way.”
